Sorry, this bank is CLOSED.
Arroyo Seco Conservation Bank is unique because it is one of only a small number of urban banks in the urban service boundary. Situated on 240 acres near Florin Road and Excelsior, this compensatory bank offers vernal pool preservation.
Conservation Resources' hydrologists, preserve managers, and wildlife biologists worked on site to ensure that regulatory protocols are met during the required five-year standards period. Establishing a conservation bank in an urban setting creates mitigation options more economically and ecologically beneficial for clients than project-site construction of habitat replacement.
The existing bank has sold out of its available credits.

Conservation Resources is currently working to place an adjacent 75 acre parcel into the bank to offer vernal pool preservation credits and Swainson's Hawk mitigation.
